My hubby bought a mangalsutra for me online on homeshop18 on Aug16, 2014.which was supposed to be received within 1 or 2 days.nevertheless it was delayed and shipped on 20Aug, 2014 and delivered on 22Aug 2014.
I felt the wait was worth it.but it wasn’t. I received a wrong product.after the disappointment I put up a ticket, put a review and last week called to complain too on the Customer care.(who spoke in hindi too) where the executive mentioned that they’ll deliver the product on 29th Aug.4get about delivering.the wrong product isnt even collected from me so far.
The ticket raised was opened on 25thAug, and still awaiting a response. No refund discussed or any call so far for the product to be delivered. They can only take money n giv horrible service.
Might take some days more. Never know.
If u have money and want a peaceful and right delivery of your product. Buy it from any other known websites but not homeshop18.
