Money not refunded...confused customer care...

Though I used to trust them but I have had two bad experiences, 1st time got a defective kids watch (they were not able to arrange reverse pickup) the cost to send the product back was almost equal to product cost, so they said that they would refund the money and that I don’t need to return the product(this was quiet overwhelming) but I didn’t receive the refund, I have contacted them more than 20 times but they say that they have made the refund and that I should contact my bank(they provided me with some ARN number for the transaction as the proof of refund) but its more than 4 months now and I have not received the refund. (The amount was small Rs. 300 so didn’t bother much)


Another case is going on right now, I’m trying to return a pair of shoes, since last 1 month(I had to send it myself as no reverse pickup was arranged) I have sent it twice with different couriers and the product has come back to me(message from courier ’’Party refused to accept package’’). Before sending it they said that all courier charges will be refund, and now they say that only 10% of the product amount will be refund as courier charges, which means they want me to bear around Rs. 500 as I have to send the product the third time. This experience is extremely annoying.


Due to these experiences I have lost faith. Customer care says something, person calling me and coordinating the return says something else. And finally the customer has to suffer.
