After long time Im writing this review but I have to.HomeShop18.com give me worst experience ever.
I buy one Zync Z930 7" as on 29.11.2012 and wonder get delivery at 01.12.2012 but I found that product battery is defective and I could not get it work.
I raise one Ticket No. 76906477 with that and request to exchange it or Return it.
Response nothing.
I call on 02.12.2012 to know the things but they told me that you get response within 16 days.
Ok I waited 10 days (lol) but they closed my support ticket without contacting me.I raise a second ticket no. 77217841 on 13.12.2012 again they closed my ticket without informing me.I lost more than Rs. 100 on hold by there Customer Support but all go vain.
When I feeling that I have to play with that 15 minutes short term battery gadget.But no! I decided to go in Consumer Court to teach them how customer rule this online market.
I need support from all of you send me your all complaints related to HomeShop18.Com and I try my level best to give you refund or better.
