Pathetic service from homeshop18

I would like to share my experience with homeshope18. I have ordered clothes for my kid from homeshop18 worth 1099 RS but haven’t got the product on time.


When I called to check about the same they apologized for the delay and told me that I will get the product in next couple of days. Finally I got the product in next couple of days and to my surprise when I opened the product I found that it was some cosmetic product (anti-aging cream) worth 250 RS.


When I checked the delivery address I found that the address was of Maharashtra but the great delivery system of homeshop delivered it to my address in Bangalore, moreover the delivery guy was arguing that he is delivering at the right address.


After I got the wrong product I have been calling customer care and asking for refund but only response I get is they took the high priority complaint and will arrange a call back, after this I get a call from their complaint department and ask for the complete explanation on what has happened.


Though you explain everything you cannot expect any resolution from them, they will try to forward the call to other department saying that doesn’t come under their department and finally what I get to hear is the guys on the other department are busy and they will arrange a call back.


This is going on and on but no hope for resolution on this. Pathetic service, very disappointing absolutely no customer satisfaction. And on top of it the customer care executives are so arrogant.


So guys Beware of homeshop18. Shop at your own risk.
