I ordered Singer Juicer Mixer Grinder on 28th October worth Rs.2299. My order no. is 957114085. First of all my product was delayed, I received a call from courier boy on 7th Nov morning. Then he delivered wrong product on my home. My mom opened the box and it was Shoes, Shades and Belt Combo.
Then I complained on call and by chance the courier boy came in the evening and handed over the actual Singer JMG. But when I opened the box. The top lid/cover of Juicer is already cracked. I lodged a complaint already but I am not sure that I will get solution or not. Because I am facing this problem second time from Homeshop18.
I don’t want replacement. I want my cash back. And in future I will make sure that me and my near & dear ones will not buy anything from HS18. I hope Mouse Shut will help me in resolving this. Looking forward for a positive response.
