Recently Bought Pack of 3 Trousers from Home shop 18, Order No. 958407433. I did not like the product so I returned them back to the address texted to me by customer care.
I informed about my return to the Customer Care giving them the way bill number over the email. I received a call form them that they will process my refund in 4-5 working days.
It has been 10 days of now, and they haven’t initiated my refund. I continuously call customer care and ask about the status of my return.
I always get a message that I will get a call from the concerned team and my refund cheque will be processed very soon .
But nothing as such has happened. Home shop 18 is busy increasing its sale but losing customer by their unfair behavior.
So Homeshop18, you can grab my money but remember you will be known as a bluff site forever.
