I had ordered Milton thermosteel carafe 600 ml from Homeshop18 which didn’t keep tea hot for more than 2 hrs. So I called up customer care and they initiated a pick up which came next day only and I got my refund 3 days after that. Even their CC executives where so nice and humble.
Best customer service I have encountered till date (and I have had contact with all e commence sites including Flipkart). Awesome work.
