I ordered a **Crompton Greaves Room Heater** on **Dec 8, 2012** from homeshop18.
I received the same on **15th dec 2012**, but the product I received is defective (fan is not working).
I called to you customer care and also I raised a ticket on the same day to replace this product as it is defective. Support ticket number is "**77351473**".
I purchased this heater for winter & of cource found better price on your site but this does not mean that I accept a defective heater and if purchase and replace will take this much time this is not accepted.
I called daily to follow this up but no gain till date. every times, I hear that it will take 24 or 48 hrs for reverse pickup.Then I have asked for **cancel this product** and pickup this product. So that I can buy another heater from local market.
Till date this is not even picked up for replacement.Please do the needful ASAP and **cancel this product**.
