Very worst service after sale

I have placed a order which order id is 915723867. I received this product in defective condition. I have complaint so many times and also I send this item through courier(Tracon Courier. Which consignment no. 293269052). It almost 7 days happen. But there is no any resolution nor any confirmation. I want my money back with courier charges of rs. 400.


So reply urgently. Otherwise I am going to make a complaint in consumer forum.
