I ordered a wall clock on 29th Aug 2012, (Order Number: 915909717) whose shipping time was 4-6 working days. As per my understanding this should be the max time that a consignment should take to reach at its destination. As per there timeline the consignment should be delivered on 5th Sep 2012 but I haven’t received the consignment till now i.e. 6th sep 2012.
I made a call to customer care executive to know the status of the consignment. He told me that they are not able to shipped the product due to some problem with Courier services but while I raise the question that you are telling me that you haven’t shipped the product till now than how can you blame the courier service for it than he accept that it is due to some internal issues.
So bottom line is this that first Homesho18 is not able to deliver the product on time and then rather than apologize for the same these people try to make false reasons for the delay. I don’t think that I will ever try to purchase anything from Homeshop18 again and neither have I recommended this provider to anyone.
