I had placed an order for Vichy anti-stretch mark cream which cost Rs.1813. And they had an offer which gives you a discount of Rs. 150 if you make a purchase worth Rs 1500 or more.
While checking out I had entered the coupon code and the total amount shown was Rs.1663. But after the payment I realized that the discount amount was not deducted. They debited Rs.1813 form my credit card. When I mailed them with the details they simply replied saying that I didn’t used the coupon code. I don’t have any proof to support me. I don’t care for Rs. 150, but I felt bad that I was fooled.
I will never ever shop with Homeshop18 .
