I want to share my personal opinion about hs18. The thing is that I purchased a digital camera from them. and that had a warranty of 2 Years. once when I need the service of the camera I contact hs18 they told me that we will give a call back from our technical team but no one will called me, total 4-5 times I contact them same thing will happen with me.
Finally when I visit the service center they are asking for warranty card but the warranty card they have sent is blanked thats why I think that is unusable for me and I keep that in dustbin. Then I contact him once again some one Mr. Alok is promised me that the warranty card will re-dispatch to you shortly. After 2 days when I called
him for awb no of my warranty card. Mrs. Soma told me that we again arrange a call back for you within 2 hours again no response when I call him again than Mrs Soma told me that however we arrange a call for within 24 hrs. again no response than I call them again after a long discussion the call reached me within 10 minute but again he ask for another more time and said we revert you shortly hardly in 24 hours.
But again no response and today when I call them again mrs soma denied to give any resolution and blame me and said this is your fault and when I ask for written mail from them that mail me whatever the conversation is going with you as documented then also mrs soma is denied to mail me. So please make sure that these thing is not happened with you.
