Please don’t buy from Homeshop18. They are the best cheaters in the world. I have ordered combo product. They delivered only partial product. I raised complaint against that first time they said will deliver within 11 working days. But I didn’t receive after 11 working days also. Again I raised complaint. They registered as partial delivery order. But same day they cancelled it. I didn’t get any information about that. Again after 11 working days I called then again they said same thing and registered new order. I called them after 5days to check the status. They said they shipped and gave wrong courier no. I checked that courier no. But it showed. Invalid number like that I called them immediately they gave some reason and said will deliver in 4-5 working days without fail like that. But next day again I checked the status on site. It was showing as cancelled. I called them and asked the reason but they only don’t know reason why it has been cancelled. This took one month. Since one month they are not able to deliver partial product. I asked the procedure for returning the Partial product which they delivered and to get refund. They said they don’t have courier facility to my area so I only have to send courier myself. Later they will send that to quality check and later they will decide to refund or not. They are not ready to confirm these things by email also. So now I am worrying to send the product which they delivered and to believe them again and get cheated again on full amount. Please anyone let me know the procedure to take legal action on them. So in future we can avoid more people to get cheated by them.
