This is my third shopping with them. First I bought a phone and torch both were success. This time I ordered a vegetable chopper. They don’t have the product and selling from a cheap local dealer. Homeshop not even looking our product, directly product is sent from the dealer. Dealer sent a cheap product and very late delivery after many calls to them.
Then I have returned that to the dealer with so much effort. Customer care is so rude and irresponsible, I got frustrated with their service. They paid the money after 30 calls to homeshop and still the courier charge what I paid not yet come. Only buy the product which ever showing delivery time with in a week.
All other products they sell thru dealer which is not guaranteed for delivery. At last what I learnt is buying in the shop is very much better than online shopping.Indian online shopping has not yet developed for good service up to that wait for online shopping.
Sorry to update very late.My courier cost is returned, but nobody contacted from homeshop18 and I stopped after this shopping experience with homeshop18.
