I’m a bibliophile so bought many books from HS18 ranging from biographies to academics with huge discounts almost 40% on each book and no other websites offers this discount on books and all the books delivered are brand new ones. As it happened to me once the wrong clothing was delivered and I lodged complained with their customer care and within 2 days reverse pick was arranged by HS18 and delivered the right product in 3 days again, about electronics I ordered a cellphone but unfortunately due overwhelming demand the product went "out of stock" and my money was refunded in 3 days of cancellation.
I only buy from HS18 and flipkart , as I have bitter experiences with other websites( infibeam, tradus ) and my first preference always go to HS18 for their promptness , genuine products and of course discounts.
The only con is delivery period though I’m not sure for other HS18 customers, I usually get delivered in 3-4 days may be because of geographical reason and mind you this review I have given is based on my experience with books as I have bought nearly around 35 books and clothing mainly, I have no idea about electronics gadgets and other items.
