Hi Head operation/ Product Manager,
I have purchased Exclusive Designer party wear Saree by Khazana - Red & White on 14th Nov 2013 by cash on delivery, it got delivered but not as per the Homeshop18 commitment so have raised my issue with them for replacement not for refund as have purchased it for gifting unfortunately after complaint also.
I have received the saree in same condition but at that time I was out of station so I complaint them on the third day after replacement saree got delivered and I was shocked after listening the support team reply - "Sir as per the terms & condition u should complaint us within 2 days " .
I am customer have paid you the amount upfront(to courier boy without opening the parcel) in favour I got the wrong product in which I havent asked for compensation then how Homeshop18 can say -
Sir please follow the terms and condition as after receiving the wrong product I can demand for refund but I havent because I like the product so I go for replacement.
"Homeshop18 is having right to repeat the mistake after taking the money but customer has to follow terms & condition."
