On 13th April, I ordered the Product with Homeshop with Order no 924579879 and It was supposed top be getting delivered to me within next 11-12 Days. I waited till 26th April Patiently then logged the Complaint using my log in on homeshop 18 and spoke to Customer care MS Bhavna and She had assured me that very soon It will be delivered.
Again I called them again on 2nd May and spoken to Mr Rajeshwar and then his Supervisor Mr Navin and Navin assured me that It will be delivered to me maximum by 6th May. Again today I spoken to them. They had to deliver the Product in 12 days and its 24 days now but no delivery till date. I spoke to Mr Arun and then Mr Arjun from Complaint department. Tomorrow they will tell me how many days it will take more to get the Product Delivered. But today If you order the same Product VLCC Natural Sciences Diamond Kit, It shows in Stock but is not actually. They don’t follow any process, any Procedure.
Even If you lodge the Complaint, They give damn to it. They are real cheaters, fraud, pathetic customer care which should be sacked for just folling around with the Customers. I am fed up, Bugged up with their services, Approach. They are the worst in Business. Please stay away from them and Be Happy.
