I purchased one Spice mobile on 29 December, 2011 for the order no- 908619335 through Credit card. After 3 days the order the product was vanished from the website(out of stock). When I called the C Care, I got the reply it will dispatch in coming 48 hours. I waited till 9 January, then I called the C Care though the item is available in HS 18, Please refund the money, so that it will not reflect in my coming credit card statement. They agreed and told it will be done in 3/4 working days.Then from 14 Jan onwards I am complaining for refund status, no favorable reply came from HS18. Every day I m getting one sms your product will dispatch in coming 3/4 days. See some e-mail communication between me ans HS18.

Why HS18 is giving useless massages and SMS to me. The purchased item is going to over one month. First thing I need the refund money.Than I will see to keep relationship with HS18 or not. Why in the order status it is showing it is ready to ship. Though the order is cancelled on 9 Jan 2012. How many days it is taking the refund. What non sence is going on there. Sisir
