I placed prepaid order on 28th June order no-947783291 none of item delivered till date. Courier company dotzot is useless. They have no franchise to delivered my item in Petlad 388450 then why they accepted item for shipping? My item according his website went to Ahmedabad then Baroda then. Don’t know? How pathetic service is this?
Both homeshop18 & courier company dotzot are pathetic in service. Both are unaware of service of courier company. They don’t have any knowledge of availability of courier service at customer’s address. My place is Petlad dist- Anand Gujarat Pincode-388450.
They just blindly shipped item in any courier without checking availability of service of that particular courier company. How stupid is this?
