Refund process suxs - more than 5 weeks to refund

January 27, 2012 - Purchased Order# 909428313 - Crystalcook 7-Pcs Non Stick(CNS-096)


3rd February 2012 - Returned this product via TNT way bill# DO 406 120 603 WW.


3rd February 2012 - SR# 69777 101 - spoke to your executive Akshay Raj - and he assured that the back end team will call and let me know how they will refund the amount.


6th February 2012 - I received a call from your back end department on that your vendor has received the product in good condition and that I will get a refund of my product in 7-10 working days.


23rd February 2012 - Spoke to your executives and was requested to please wait till Monday 27th for the money to be returned to my account. I did NOT receive any call, nor the money.


29th February 2012, Spoke to your supervisor(Vikas Verma), he had the same thing to assure me. Nobody called me from your back end team, no money returned.


1st March 2012, spoke to your supervisor(Tanuj Raychoudhary). He said that he has received confirmation that the product has reached and it will take 7-10 days starting today to return the money. I conveyed to him that, I have already received a call from your department on 5th February about receipt of my returned product. So on what basis should I wait for another 7-10 working days for return of my money.


5th March 2012 - Received a confirmation email that’Refund is in process’.


Today is 7th March 2012 - There is no refund as yet. It has been more than 5 weeks an I have not yet received my money.
