Recently they aired a Micromax A77 mobile, with which they promised Aircel package worth Rs12000, so I ordered the product vide order no 934606171, which was delivered to me in last of November and I was promised that the package will get activated automatically within 7 working days.
But now 15 days have passed and there is no package provided till date, and even after lodging atleast 10 complaints and after making almost 35- 40 calls there is no hope what so ever that my complaint will be solved.
Their customer care is very irresponsible and pathetic, every time you have to talk to a new executive who will tell you that sir we are apologizing for the inconvenience caused and every time a new complaint is lodged but without any resolution.
So I have lodged this complaint with national customer helpline, but my sincere advise to the prospective buyers is that don’t get trapped by the lucrative offers they are giving.
