On 4th Oct 2013, I purchased from HomeShop a puzzle book worth Rs. 622. The cheaters never mentioned in the website that this book is written in Japanese language. In addition, they never even have delivered the book till now.
Since then I’ve told them to cancel the order due to non-delivery - and refund my money. Till now I’ve mailed them 100 times & called them 200 times, without ANY response.
They only keep saying they will escalate this to customer relations, but no trace of my money. And some tele-executives they have are extremely rude & never learnt the basic lesson of what basic minimum etiquette or manners.
It’s obvious they’ll never return my money - maybe they have become so bankrupt now, they need my Rs. 622 to sustain! So they’ve become beggars in need of such small amount of money. Please never buy from this chit fund operating under the veil of an online retailer!
