Homeshop 18 has now became a large network but its product qaulity same as it was earlier.
I remember that I ordered some storage boxes after watching ad on Homeshop18 channal. they showed amazing boxes and of large sizes.
My mum was very excited about those boxes.
But when I received the product. All my expectations shattered in pieces. the quality was so bad.
2 boxes were broken and there was some dust on the kid of those boxes.
Final verdict
Its customer service is okish.
App is good user friendly .
Not at all reliable.
Delivery is fast.
