Good to BAD!!!

I am a regular and was a satisfied customer of homeshop18. I bought many books and some pen drives and other things. All were good and reached securely.  But recently I received a damaged book and I complained to them. They said refund will be processed in 5 days. I was happy. But now it has been more than 20 days and there is no response from them.


I sent many mail and they don’t even bother my mail. I also ordered a book on November 12 but still now they didn’t even ship the book and they are not responding to my mail. First they treated me good then as time went on they don’t care on regular customers. I am very disappointed.
