I ordered 10 kg export quality Rajdhani Basmati rice through Homeshop18, but when I cooked it at home it was tasteless and had no fragrance.
I understood, I had been cheated by HS18 and immediately on 16th Nov registered a complaint with them and asked for a refund.
Till date, I have NOT received any call from Hs18 with respect to my complaint or have received my refund. It has been almost 3 weeks and till date there has been no attempt of resolution from their side.
I would request all to Never shop with Homeshop18 as their products are completely sub-standard and of very cheap quality. Also, their customer service is pathetic and highly disappointing. If you have a complaint they will never bother to call you or try to resolve your complaint.
Please don’t torture yourself by shopping with Homeshop18. They are a cheat company selling cheap products.
