I required a washing machine trolley and protective cover for WM which was not available at snapdeal from which I usually shop online. So I searched and found one at homeshop18. This is d first time I shopped from HMS18. I always buy by COD but since this option was not available I paid through debit card.
I ordered on 19th June and the products was shipped through Delhivery couriers (worst courier services) after even 5 days when I dint gt any confirmation about my product I checked online the delivery status and got to know that my product has reached GOA on 22th June and was still lying at there office till 26th June. I complained to the HMS18 customer care about this but none of them responded.
After that now I am continuously following up with the Delhivery couriers every time I cal they say my product will reach this evening and till date failed to do so...i just want to cautioned every one to buy from HMS18 on their own risk they are cheaters...please go for Snapdeal or jabong they are 100 times better than HMS18
