Order ID45050771, Sub Order ID.913974027. Placed order for John Player Shirt on July 5. Not delivered the Product till 15 July 2012. There were reminder call from 5 to 15 July from HS18 that the product delivery has been delayed at our end please bear with us. Finally without informing the customer amount refunded in the account on 18th July 2012.
Immediately, I contacted HS18, they gave me the reason that demand has exceeded the supply for this particular product & hence has to refund the amount with no option. I argued with them saying that how can you cancel the confirmed order, a customer places order for item to be delivered & not for refunds & when your website allowed me to place confirm order how can you cancel the same. I also argued that you always offer Hot deals which are limited in qty & after that ltd qty is sold off you don’t allow us to place the order then how this happen? CC executive was unable to explain me on his part & said I apologise & sorry.
Moral of the Story "Suppose you grab a steal deal from HS18, you are not sure that a product will be delivered or not & you will be dreaming that you got best deal."
So my sincere request to avoid this site for online purchases.
