Bad Experience with Homeshop18

Heyy friends, I am Mohinesh Sharma and today I will share my experience with homeshop18 so let’s get start. If you are shopping with Homeshop18 so you may have to compromise with quality, yeah its true . Few days back I have ordered a Smartphone for my mother whose details are below:-

So I ordered for black color but when I opened the packing I got found that it was in white and gold color I immediate called at Homeshop18 customer care they said please submit the product to our delivery executive he will receive the product for replacement with 06 working days after 5 days he picked up the product for the replacement and than after 15 days I got the product back in white color. so the experience was worst ever.
