I am a first-time customer of HomeShop18.I ordered a saree for my bhabhi on 22nd of Nov. which was a gift, supposed to be delivered on 28th Nov, 2014 to Kolkata.
Since it was a gift, I had made a payment. On the same day I ordered one more gift from other shopping site. The other gift got delivered on 29th Nov, 2014 but Homeshop18 has really disappointed me.Its now 17 days now and no delivery of product.
Im following up from the last 7 days and every time the customer service executives say they have lodged a complain and it will be delivered in another 48 hours. I even had a talk with some senior executives of HomeShop but she is also saying the same thing.
And the worst part was my bhabhi got a call and somebody from Homeshop18 gave a number asking her to keep following up the courier company about the product. And funniest thing is that the number is invalid.
The customer service is sooo bad that people cannot ever depend on this website and expect a delivery of gift on time.
I really dont know what to do as I have paid the amount as I am tired of making calls and following up with them.
