I bought this phone Gigaset Siemens 8 months ago, I wasn’t satisfied from the first look of the package, phone, base and 2 batteries just with some warranty card in the package with out any thermacol, r any cover. It started working with poor speaker vol. It had a scratch on the view mirror after removing wrapper which was shown after 15 days.the phone stopped working after 8 months.
When I asked the home shop first they said they will help me but they need 48 hrs time after that they just mailed me to contact service center for further support. Same thing can be informed to me without wasting my time of 48 hrs, they just sell product with are refurbished and 2nd quality. Their after sales is very bad. Never ever shop in home shop 18.
All the reviews are screened unlike Flipkart, they just keep the good reviews off the product. So pls don’t shop in homeshop18 they are frauds.
