I order one magic mop on 15th Aug assuming that homeshop18 is trusted and india’s best online shopping solutions compny but first of all thanks a lot for proving me wrong because I am suffering from such a hopeless services.
My order number is 999487127, I order magic mop from so called Homeshop18 but when I open the box what I found inside the box is items are missing.
when I tried your customer care number all executives are just transferring my call to each other and finally hanging me up on hold.
On the basis of terms and condition you guys are just playing around.
Request you to shut down your retails business if you can not resolve your customer’s queries.
