Worst experience

I brought a lot of products from hs18.the products quality are very bad.the products at frist the products looked perfect.but day by day the product discrese their quality.the consumer care service also very bad.i brought a mobile phone and it was damaged they don’t send me the bill with courier so I requested them to email me the bill of my phone.


But they don: t send me the bill and I also purchased an induction cooker when I got it I realized that there was a another brand’s name sticker on the original brand’s name.so my experience is very bad.i don’t shope from hs18 anymore
