My order no is 917292849, I have ordered for Prestige Omni Tawa 250mm, After waiting for a week the parcel arrived, After opening the product to my shock , the handle was broken in pieces and there was a huge bend in the tawa.
When I contacted the customer care, They said they will send an address to which I need to return it back and ill get a replacement, But till date they haven’t sent me any address, Also the ticket which I have opened 75285335 was closed without even intimating me. dont ever buy from this site and waste your hard earned money.
