Its so bad to hear people having bad experience with HS18. I, on the other hand am a loyal customer of HS18 for over a year now, brought from clothes to jewellery, mobile to skincare products, I order at least 2-3 times per month and never disappointed.
All products are genuine and seal-packed with no defects so far. I always order COD and the products reaches on time with regular messages to update me with order status. Helpful customer care. Variety of discounts availed and coupons received and used.
The return/refund policy didn’t include reverse pickup for my postal area until recently a few weeks ago. Now I can return products too if needed(though not needed till now).
