I had placed a order online for a product on this site and the product did not get delivered over 3 weeks.
Every time I called customer support, they just kept on giving reasons like the product is stuck at octroi post and hence it was not delivered. When I asked for tracking number and courier services details, they gave me a consignment number which did not exist on website. In short they gave me a fake number.
After multiple arguments they agreed for refund and asked for my bank details. Now it’s over one month and I’ve not yet got a single rupee back from them. Again when I inquired they gave me false reasons saying they are trying to process order but it keeps failing.
I think these ppl are totally fraud, so please be careful. There are many other good and reliable sites which deliver the product within given timelines without any delay so I would suggest you all not to order anything from this site.
They are totally unreliable and fake.
