For all its big name, HomeTown is a big let down when it comes to customer service. In fact the service borders on cheating. I have placed two orders for modular kitchen and Wardrobes(Order numbers 2003078481 and 2003078486).
I was forced to accept the delivery of the material in last week of April with the promise that the installation will start in 2 days. So far, the installation has not yet been done. One Mr. Chakradhar who I have been discussing the installation doesn’t even pick up the phone or if he picks up he promises to call back but never does so.
After paying 100% of the order value(close to 10 lakhs), there is no installation done so far. Numerous calls and emails to customer service is of no avail. All I get are empty promises of call back from concerned people. After getting 100% of the money they know very well that the customer is at their mercy.
I hope this message of poor customer service gets across to all the netizens and we all boycott Future Group altogether.
