I did place order for a unit, and received that delivery after a week. And later for installation, I had kept on calling for installation for more than a week, but no one had turned up.
Customer care has became a joke for them, and don’t have any sense of responsibility once money been paid. It had been very much frustrating experience, and definitely not a wise decision to buy at hometown for next time, at least for the furniture part.
