I used to think that hometown hyderabad would be the best place for me to buy furniture for my house, as I have visited the store in banglore, but the one in hyderabad dosen’t understand how a customer feels when someone has a complaint.
Once the purchase is made, that is all they want, they have no responsibility for after sale service, I purchased a dresser two years back and today the dresser mirror is completely bent, they say I have to take care of it and it is not their problem as warranty is over, I felt like as I did a big mistake. The wood they have given to me is of such low quality which juct bent in 15 months, hope HT Hyd improves and rectifies the mistakes.
