I wanted to order modular kitchen and other ward robes from Home Town. They came to my house and took the measurements (charged me Rs.1000 for that). Later my order amounted to Rs.3, 50000. I was ok with that. I paid Rs.25, 000 advance and they said they are doubtful about one of the colors I have ordered as that color may not be running in the factory currently....I said, I may not be interested in ordering with them if that color is not available. They said, they will confirm in 2 days, but it took a week. They finally said, they can’t give me that color and I have to wait for 3 months to get that color.
I have asked them to cancel my order but they won’t listen though its their mistake. They bluntly argue that we don’t cancel order once booked. Finally, I ordered something worth Rs.30000. They didn’t call me until 2 and half months though they were supposed to call me after a month of my order that the product is ready..I have asked them to deduct the Rs.1000 I paid for the site visit as I have ordered the product from them. They don’t respond back. I’m frustrated for ordering from Home Town.
I don’t know how many night mares still to unfold until my product gets fixed in my house.
