We have taken a lcd unit 25 days back.. the delivery was done in two days.. I was pleased with that as they had informed us b4 that they will deliver the product in 2 days!! Next wen it came to the fitting..no one came home till 20 days..we kept calling them continuously.. every time we called they told they will deliver the very next day or they will call me back.. but no, they dint cum "the very next day".. nor did they call me back!!
Finally they come home after 25 days and what frustrated us even more is they said they cant put the hole which they said they would put during the fitting process..
We bought d product only after they had promised us to put the hole, coz without the hole the whole product is waste for us.. we tried calling back to customer service for help but no one responded.. I mean why do they promise us all false stuff when they cant keep it..?? probably we would have taken a better product according to our home requirements in Home Town itself.. we are left so confused on what to do with the product..
I would say only till the time of purchase are Home Town people good to us.. after which from delivery to fitting to customer service.. everything is bad..!! very bad..!!
I heard from my cousins also about the bad service of Home Town.. don’t opt for Home town ever again if you really love your home.. they just waste your time and money!!
