Most casual approach towards customer time& money. Firstly they take ages to deliver the product than any other online furniture portal.Even though I am following up with them from last two days for assembly on Saturday morning. Same is not informed to the carpenter. We have to wait the entire day for sms or call from GOD( carpenter in current scenario). Very disappointed.
