Very Very Bad Service

I ordered a coat from Fab Furnish 3 weeks back. I got it on time. Then I started calling them to get the assembling team. Got information from one call center guy that their vendor is not giving support in Bangalore and searching for new assembling vendor, would be done in another 3 days.


I agreed and he came after 4 days. Surprisingly there was some assembling kit was missing. He told me to raise the request with Call center. Now I have been following up with call center for last 2 weeks to get it done.


Just fed up calling their call center daily to get it done. Everyday they are telling the same words "It will get done in another 24 Hr". Now I am planning to go to consumer court.


I am giving negative point.
