For me shopping at Fabfurnish has become synonymous to cancellation. Order Cancellation Life Cycle as follows:
14th September Afternoon: Order a coffee table
15th September Morning: Cancel the order and hush dont let the customer know, just drop a sweet email with inconvenience regretted msg and provide a worthless coupon to shut the customer up
14th September Afternoon: Talk to Customer Service and understand the reason for cancellation, which this time was quality.
15th September(same time): Log on to Fabfurnish and learn that product still on sale. Talk to Product Specialist on chat and learn that the product has been restocked and ready to ship, with all sorts of promises of prompt delivery.
15th September: Satisfied, I drop a happy feedback note to the customer care email id and reorder the product
16th September: AND VOILA! The product is cancelled again. Again with same email and a coupon for inconvenience.
I was very enthusiastic about shopping with them for the first time but my experience turned really bitter. I hope and expect, if ever I shop again with them, that they will not as unprofessional as they were this time:( .
