If you are expecting a great service from this e-commerce firm after navigating through the flamboyant website of them with loads of offers and disciplined timelines, you also caught into a trap of misleading promises.
Firstly, I am still awaiting an assembly of a Study Table ordered through FabFurnish on 24th March-14, and the response for queries on the same from customer care was inept and disgusting. After 2 weeks of upheaval updates, the parts of the table has been finally received by me on April 5th 2014 through Gati service and then began the follow ups with their customer care for its quick assembly. So far neither have I received any assurance on its date of fix, nor they seek any update on their own regarding the service to be provided. Meanwhile, I called them once I received the parts for its assembly and confronted with a falsified assurance of service within 48 Hours from their help desk.
Hope they are not working based on EST!
Surely, this may lead them to a sky-fall in terms of business and market-capturing; if this undisciplined and evasive attitude of the service providers continue to pile up in their execution.
Still hoping for a fix soon!
