You know I thought Fabfurnish.com was a really nice website. considering the very many varieties of items on display and I also placed and order. I live in Bangalore and first the customer care people were like we will deliver in 5 days time and then now its almost 3 weeks but no avail.
They tell me that we have not shipped it yet and yes the reason is because we have already informed you about delivery within 15 days but what I fail to understand is why a communication before and why after. If this is the way of treating their customers I think they should shut shop. I got so irritated I cancelled l shaped sofa I ordered. Its just a make believe website with umpteen promises of delivery. If you cant deliver then don’t promise and this website is nothing more than a con.
