Sub Standard Product

I bought a leather recliner from Fab Furnish, the leather started peeling off and it not in usable condition now.

They are misleading customers by claiming the product is leather where as it is actually artificial leather.

When I complained about the product, they responded it is because of the usage.

I also told them it is not leather, then their response was I should complained earlier not after few months.

I am planning to give complaint in the consumer court.
