I have experience of online shopping through many sites which most of time not bad, , my experience with LetsBuy.Flipkart.Yebhi and Homeshop18 really good. but few other site like this FubFurnish really pissing me off .
they offering discount and then cancelling all order!!! anyone can check their facebook page!!!
when customer posting complain - they giving same answer to everyone - which is - "We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Request you for your kind patience"" etc etc !!!!!
They give discounts only to lure customers and then treat them like this.
they do not deliver goods on time. 15/20 days are not enough for them to deliver within the country for them. The exact status of shipment cannot be tracked from their website.
