Very prompt issue resolution

I had placed 3 furniture orders on fab furnish. 2 of them arrived well ahead of time, however, 1 of them, a 2 seater hudson sofa did not get shipped within the stipulated time. I had to make 3 calls to customer service to check the status and they called back as promised to inform that they cannot ship the product as it had gone out of stock. A sad incident and I was quite disappointed.


However, they have initiated the process of payback and also given me back the gift coupon that I used for discount on their website and increased the validity of the same.


While it would have been nice if they could ship the product, their ability to accept their failure and initiate action to redress the issue deserves credit. Makes sure I will come back and shop with them, again.
