We placed an order on 05th Dec 2013 for a "Fab Home Sicily Slider Bed" (Order #: 200897858) during the Citibank OMG Sale 2013 as we were getting wonderful discount of 25% by Citibank.
This order got cancelled today morning and here are some findings:
Per customer care, the product was not meeting the quality standards and hence, the order was cancelled - Does that mean that FabFurnish stores products below the line in their warehouses? Also, isn’t this the responsibility of FabFurnish to procure a replacement and ship it to the customer?
This is product (1 unit) is again available on their website - Seems FabFurnish is interested in selling this faulty product to someone
FabFurnish is offering a discount of 20% which in turn is a 5% loss for me.
Conclusion: Consider other sites before finalizing your order. The order might get cancelled for a funny reason like this. Moreover, you can face embarrassment if you had ordered this as a gift for someone. This is truly a WOW! experience. What do you say?
