Wall Hanging

I had purchased a product from Fab Furnish. Order ID is 206241942. We never got the product though I had paid in full. The customer care reps kept on telling that the product is in transit. The blue dart tracking ID is also fake. The Blue dart folks confirmed it.


The last call was made on 22nd July, 2014 at 10:45 AM with a person named Chatrapal


(ID AL139). He asked me to hold & vanished. Can some thing be done?
